RETURN POLICY
At Atlas scarfs we always consider our customer’s satisfaction. We assure you our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.
Return of item(s) is accepted only when the item(s) received is of Different Color, Defective or Damaged.
Return requests from customers can be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery of item(s).
If you want a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN AND WARRANTY
- Purchased item not in original or not in unused condition.
- Returned without the original invoice.
- The return package does not include everything you have received with the package like price tags, labels, etc.
- The purchased item is damaged due to misuse.
- Products with missing serial numbers.
Please note Atlas scarfs is not liable for lost returns. The customer will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
