Atlas scarfs LLC. maintains the website atscarfs.ae. United Arab of Emirates is the country of domicile for Atlas scarf LLC and legal issues, if any, will be handled as per the local law. Hence, all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

CHANGE IN TERMS

The terms and conditions may vary throughout time. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to revoke or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is inaccessible at any time or for any period. This Website also contains links to other websites, which are not controlled by Atlas scarfs and accepts no obligation of the privacy rules, content for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from one’s use of them.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details, password and all other information provided.

Website users who are Minor /under the age of 18 cannot be registered as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

You agree not to imitate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

ORDERS

The steps needed to create an order between you and atlasscarfs.com are as follows:

• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the procedure of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
• We will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from atlasscarfs.com
• As your product is being shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have canceled it in agreement with the instructions in Change or cancel an order

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered is unavailable in inventory.
• Inability to acquire authorization for your payment.
• You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 days of us receiving the payment confirmation.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are securely processed on Atlas Scarf’s server using a verified SSL certificate ensuring that all data provided is encrypted and safe.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), is owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material, and is protected under both United Arab Emirates laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are hereby granted a restricted, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the Site other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited, and will terminate the license grant herein and violate the Company’s intellectual property rights.
